Return Policy
Do
not accept shipment(s) where damage is apparent. You may return
an item for refund or replacement within 21 days after delivery.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. All returns
must be accompanied by the packing slip.
When
you return an item, please indicate the reason for the return
on the packing slip. We recommend that you insure your return;
we cannot be responsible for lost or misdirected returns.
Prior
to returning your merchandise, contact us at qualitycontrol@greatskinstore.com
to receive an RMA (returned merchandise authorization) number.
Once
you have received an RMA number, to return item/s, wrap the
package securely, preferably in the same packing materials
you received the item(s), write the RMA number on the packaged
packing slip, and ship it to the address provided with the
RMA#.
You
can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase. Please note that we can refund shipping
costs only if the return is a result of our error.
